When will I receive my order?
A tracking number will be provided in a confirmation email, once your order has shipped.
Orders, within the USA, take approximately 2-3 weeks to ship out. International orders take approximately 4-6 weeks to ship out. Shipping times are consistent unless otherwise stated in the product's description. Please check the products description for confirmation on it's specific shipping time.

What is your return policy?
Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued refund to the original form of payment. Please note, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes autographed items and sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount.

Do you offer exchanges for a different size?
Exchanges for a different size of clothing is possible! Email us, within 30 days of your order being received, and we will help you begin the process of and exchange, if optional sizes are available.

How do I care for my product?
To keep your Hillywood gear in tip top shape, we suggest washing all clothing items on a cold, gentle cycle. Lay out to dry. Autographs on clothing items may fade over time, after repeated washing.
